Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Tiruchirappalli. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with mechanical engineering, design engineering, product design, machine design and computer-aided design (CAD). The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating, testing and improving mechanical components and systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Machine Design skills

• Product Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills; INVENTOR is must have

• Experience in creating, testing and improving mechanical components and systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Knowledge of material properties, selection, and manufacturing processes

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD

• Experience with simulation and analysis tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus or COMSOL

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in the construction/oil&gas/power industries is a plus

• Capability to work indipendently with small coordination
