Rotary Soot Blowers

Are the simplest soot blowers and can work up to 500° C. Their body and poppet valve are out of furnace and lance immersed in gas stream rotate of 360° and can blow with different angles (360° , 180° , 120°).

They are provided with nozzles which can be aligned or opposed according to tubes disposition inside furnace.

Steam / water / oil preheaters

Are exchangers destined to Rise temperature of air (or gas) by means of heat of condensing steam, cooled water and cooled thermal oil. They are pressure parts and can be realized with various Codes such as Ped, ASME, etc. A lot of materials can be used due to process conditions

They normally are finned and RIZZI realizes fins of various type (round, square etc.)

Industrial dryer

In many process there is need of drying gas or air stream. We can do it by means of plate exchangers in which is flowing coolant fluid to provoke condensation of droplets on opposite gas stream.

Are normally done in Stainless steel with various grades or with glass covered or plastic solution to face potential corrosio
