Waste Heat Recovery Units

WHRU recovers the waste heat from gas to heat the process fluid;

We use round or square fins finned tubes. They can recover heat from 100 kW up to 30.000 kW and are built in modular way. Medium could be saturated and superheated steam or thermal oil. Our solution fit steadfast resistance to vibrations and easy to clean. At service of gas turbines, standby power stations, diesel engines, thermal processes, biomass and waste to energy. 


WHRU can be used as gas cooler and waste heat recovery unit upstream ceramic filter (baghouse filter). Finned tubes made by carbon steel ground tubes ASTM A 334 gr. 6 or equivalent for low temperatures, fins, made by carbon steel. We often design WHRU with the CLEANING SYSTEM with RAKE SOOT BLOWERS our RK type, especially at service of Glass Furnace / Aluminum Melting Furnace.
